Shreesh has over 12 years of expertise in Business Expansion, Strategic Planning, Investments, and M&A. His skills encompass Corporate Structuring, Legal Structuring, Cross-border fundraising, Strategic Investments, and Investor relations. He's a seasoned Entrepreneur and Investor in diverse sectors like Tech, FnB, and Service Industries. Shreesh's previous stints includes serving as CEO of a Mid-sized Tourism company and partnering at a Law Firm. His educational background includes an LLB, MBA, Executive Programme from IIM Lucknow and B.Com from the University of Mumbai.

Arpit Singh

Co-founder

Arpit is seasoned professional with 12+ years in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, and Entrepreneurship, boasts expertise in Fundraising, M&A, Strategy, and Financial Modelling. He co-founded Yurii, an India-focused tourism tech platform, and has worked at esteemed organizations like KPMG, Asian Development Bank, and the Chief Minister's Office (Andhra Pradesh). Arpit holds an MBA In Finance from IIM Lucknow and a BA (Hons) from the University of Delhi.

Dr. HC Jain

Dr. HC Jain has 42+ years of expertise in corporate taxation, fiscal planning, capital markets, settlement, investigation, and consultancy. A distinguished civil servant with the Indian Revenue Services (IRS), he served as the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in Mumbai and the Vice Chairman of the IT Settlement Commission. Dr. Jain is a renowned legal advisor and tax consultant to major corporations, with a stellar educational background including MA, LL.B, Ph.D., and PGDBA qualifications, with additional studies at Harvard Business School and IIM Ahmedabad.

Satyavir Yadav

Satyavir has 35+ years of diverse expertise in leadership, acquisitions, project finance, investment management, and strategic operations across sectors including automobile, real estate, and education. Serving as Chairman of Euro Group of Schools with 18 branches nationwide, he excels in deal-making, debt fundraising, and business expansion. Previously associated with Mahindra & Mahindra, Satyavir holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelors in Engineering.
